Luxury Vinyl Sheeting & LVT
Commercial floors in general can last twice compared to residential flooring materials. In most cases, commercial flooring can last for two to five years in a highly frequented (higher foot traffic), and can last for almost 20 years when installed in a residential setting.
Sheet vinyl is manufactured in 6- or 12-foot rolls, and it is cut off the roll in whatever quantity the customer needs. This wide width allows for a room to be covered with few or even no seams at all, which makes it one of the very best flooring materials for repelling water.
- Vinyl Flooring (or Rotovinyl) is available in both sheeting & tile formats.
- Vinyl flooring is frequently used in healthcare facilities, it is almost impervious to water.

Vinyl tile LVT is the same product as vinyl sheets, but cut into smaller square pieces and is installed piece by piece, following layout lines drawn onto the subfloor. LVT is easier to install.

Laminate Flooring
Heavy traffic demands that you install a tough, durable & solid flooring that can stand up to the wear and tear of high traffic & continue to look good for several years. It offers the aesthetics of tile, wood or stone & provides great durability.
- Check the board thickness. A thick laminate will look and feel a lot more convincing than a thinner laminate. Look for boards that are between 8mm and 12mm thick.
- Amount and type of traffic the area gets. A high-quality laminate can withstand the high traffic wear and tear given by a busy shop or area.
- Don’t forget the warranty. High quality laminate is very resistant to staining and wearing, but you still want to make sure you get a good warranty as a safe guard.
